As you may be aware we have a management company (Burley Wood Management Company, or BWMC) to look after the roads, common areas, and paths for which we collect an annual maintenance fee. The bulk of this fee is invested to cover the future cost of resurfacing roads when the time comes (so that residents do not get hit with a very large bill when substantial maintenance becomes necessary). BWMC holds an annual general meeting, in March of each year. The notice of the AGM and the annual accounts, are distributed prior to this meeting.
